ND Western Limited has opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme — and for early-career geoscientists and engineers in Nigeria, this is one of the clearest routes into the upstream oil & gas industry.

ND Western is hiring graduate trainees across four technical tracks:

Geoscientists

Reservoir Engineers

Production Engineers

Facilities Engineers

Who can apply

You'll need to meet all of the following:

Nigerian national

Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1), plus five O'Level credits in one sitting

A degree in Engineering, Geology, or Geophysics

No more than 3 years post-graduation experience (NYSC inclusive)

Under 26 years old

Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and analytical skills
